Openair® plasma technology is used primarily in industrial production. The surfaces of production parts of all types are degreased and cleaned, activated, etched or coated by means of this plasma. The Plasmatreat process is a particularly environmentally friendly process since when it is used no forms of environmental pollution or risks to health due to noxious substances and chemicals arise.

Simple in-line integration of Openair® plasma by means of robot systems

Expensive enclosed chamber systems are not necessary in this technology. A 100 % effective process control system allows optimum monitoring of the pretreatment process.
